We welcome Bobby Lamb to Immanuel today. He will be preaching in my absence. Bobby has long been a part of Harmony Baptist Association. The last church he served as pastor was Oak Grove. His minister of music for part of that time was Charles Spillyards who grow up here at Immanuel and was a very good friend of mine. Please support with your presence both services today. I believe you will be blessed by the messages of Bobby.

We are moving closer to Easter and preparations are being made for our Easter Sunday Outreach. We need each member of Immanuel to be involved in this outreach effort. There are signup sheets in the entryway and some of you have already put your name on the list. Thanks in advance to each one of you who helps us with this important effort. With your help we could have the highest history in years on Easter Sunday. The choir is hard at work on some great music that is going to bless the heart of each person present. It is going to be a wonderful day and you will rejoice to look around and see the Worship filled with family and friends who are present because you cared enough to reach out to them with an invitation. Let's make it a glorious day...together.

JoAnne and I are in Texas this week with our daughter's family. Our granddaughter is in San Antonio to sing with the state choir and we will be taking care of the other children so her mom and dad can be there to participate along with the other parents and family members. We each do our part and we are glad we can help. We will miss you but trust that all will go well. Thanks for all you do to make Immanuel such a special family of faith.
